My name’s Trevor Holland. How are you? I’m very well. Thanks very much for asking. I’m a podcaster, artist, and writer.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 28, and Autism at 42. The latter of these really threw me through a loop and I went through something of an identity crisis as a result. However, I realised that I’m not lesser, not inferior, and not deficient. I’m just wired up a bit differently.

I decided I wanted to do something positive with my new reality, so I launched Shouty Brain; a platform from which to share my various creative projects. My principal project is the Shouty Brain podcast; a weekly show in which I discuss the realities of life through a neurodivergent lens. I invite regular neurodivergent guests from all walks of life to talk to me about their experiences. The conversations are raw, unfiltered, and honest. Sometimes they’re deep, other times they’re silly, but they’re always interesting and insightful.

I started the podcast to find my people and create a safe space for neurodivergent people to be their authentic selves without fear. I’m delighted that this is preceisely what’s happening.

I can’t wait for you to join me on this journey. Let’s see where we end up….
